Apg-2 (A-7) | Santa Cruz Biotechnology

mouse monoclonal IgG1; Apg-2 Antibody (A-7) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal Apg-2 antibody (also designated HSPH1 antibody, HSPA4L antibody, HSPA4 antibody, Heat Shock 70 KDa Protein 4 antibody, HSPH2 antibody, Heat Shock Protein, 110 KDa or APG2 antibody) that detects the Apg-2 protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. Apg-2 Antibody (A-7) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-Apg-2 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-Apg-2 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The heat shock proteins (HSPs) comprise a group of highly conserved, abundantly expressed proteins with diverse functions, which include the assembly and sequestering of multiprotein complexes, transportation of nascent polypeptide chains across cellular membranes and regulation of protein folding. Heat shock proteins (also known as molecular chaperones) fall into six general families: HSP 90, HSP 70, HSP 60, the low molecular weight HSPs, the immunophilins and the HSP 110 family. The HSP 110 family (also known as the HSP 105 family) is composed of HSP 105, Apg-1 and Apg-2.
